Terms & Policies

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES:

All reservations are final once confirmed and paid for - refunds cannot be offered once the Reservation has been confirmed & billed online. Extra travellers can be added to the Private Tour on the day of the tour at €15.00 per person. Extra travellers can be added to the Group Tour on the day for €35.00 per person.

FACILITIES:

Granada is a city of hills and cobbles - so moving around the city can be difficult for those with reduced mobility - please get in touch to discuss other options for the tour if you have any doubts about your walking ability.

Kosher food is still unavailable locally in Granada, however we can arrange Kosher food with enough notice - please contact us for further information.

MEDICAL CONCERNS & INSURANCE:

Please inform your guide on the day of the tour if you have any pertinent medical condition that may affect the success of the contracted service, and please make sure you have any necessary medication with you during the tour - whilst Granada Jewish Tour and its affiliates will take every reasonable measure to ensure your safety during our time together, we accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to the client or their belongings during the contracted service, and we strongly suggest that each client have the correct personal insurance coverage for this activity.
